Becoming The Boss is a live, eight-hour working session, not a keynote motivational speech. You will spend the day rebuilding the way you think about ownership, in the room, with the person who has done it and taught hundreds of others to do it, too.
Together, we will explore the full arc on stage: How to go from having a job, to becoming great, to becoming an asset, to becoming invaluable, and finally, to becoming independent and starting your own business. You will leave this event with a plan written in your own handwriting.

A decade ago, Bowsky grew someone else's business to multiple 8 figures. 8 years ago, he started his own. This event is to save you the two years it took him to prepare and launch a business that generated him over $2 Million net in its first 90 days of operations. He then grew and scaled one of his companies to over $100M in a year. For the better part of the last five years, Bowsky has advised companies at 8, 9, and 10 figures, sitting in the room where the real decisions get made and influencing the thought behind those decisions in exchange for money. You apply first. It is a short application and a $1 fee. Our team reviews it and emails approved applicants their ticket options, the Virtual, In Person, and VIP tiers. Applying is how you hold your place in line for a seat.
For the strong employee who is ready to own, the side-business owner stuck working in the business, and the early founder who wants the operator path laid out plainly. If you want the title without the trade, this is the room.
Your $1 application starts a 30 day trial of the membership, which renews at 97 dollars per month after the trial. It carries the ongoing playbooks, recordings, and member sessions. You can cancel inside the trial and keep what you came for.
Once you are approved you have two paths. Take the Virtual ticket and join live from anywhere, or take any tier and watch the full recording afterward. Every ticket includes the recording, so you are covered either way.
In Person and VIP attendees are eligible for the live breakdowns. Not everyone goes up, the room is 150 people, but the format is built so the whole room learns from each one as if it were their own.
The day is the day. Eight hours of teaching and live work. The membership exists for people who want to keep going, but the event stands on its own and is taught that way.
